When you purchase a theme, Polar processes payment, checkout, customer, and digital-delivery information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We use Umami analytics to understand page visits and useful interactions such as checkout-button clicks and documentation searches. Event data is limited to operational metrics such as placement, query length, and result count; we do not intentionally send payment details or the content of search queries to analytics.

Logs and hosting

The application emits structured operational logs for requests, searches, checkout attempts, errors, and service events. Logs may be collected by our hosting environment and Loki-compatible log tooling for security, debugging, and reliability.
