Terms & Theme License

These terms apply to purchases of themes from Koda Themes, operated by Creative Koda Ltd.

Purchase and delivery

Product prices are shown on the product page in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by Polar. After a successful purchase, Polar provides the available download or delivery instructions. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and keeping delivery information secure.

License

After payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased theme for one publication owned or controlled by you. You may customize the theme for that publication.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the original theme package or substantially unchanged copies of it. The theme and its underlying intellectual property remain owned by Creative Koda Ltd or its licensors.

Updates and support

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the theme and one year of theme updates, as described on the product page. Updates may include compatibility fixes, improvements, and corrections. Support is provided through [email protected] on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Acceptable use

You must use the theme lawfully and must not use it to infringe rights, distribute harmful material, or interfere with Ghost, Polar, or our services.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website and delivery process available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Creative Koda Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the theme or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
