Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when purchasing a Koda Themes product. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].

How to request a refund

Include your purchase email, the product name, purchase date, and a short reason for the request. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.

We may ask Polar to verify the transaction. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method by Polar and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Digital products

Because themes are digital products, access or download may affect cancellation rights where applicable. We will assess each request fairly and will always respect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Refunds may be declined where the request is outside the 14-day window, where there is evidence of license abuse or redistribution, or where the product has been materially used in breach of the Terms & Theme License. These limits do not override rights provided by applicable law.
